Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile to join their team. As a Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile, you will be part of the Mobile Department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile

Location:Chester, New York

Pay Range:$125,000 - $175,000

What's the Job?

Develop and execute mobile distribution strategies that maximize subscriber acquisition, retention, attach rates, and revenue growth.
Lead strategic partnerships with MVNO providers, OEMs, distributors, retailers, and third-party channel organizations including e-tail.
Negotiate commercial agreements, marketing support programs, channel incentives, distribution terms, and promotional partnerships.
Drive transformation and optimization across retail, digital, field, indirect, and call center sales channels.
Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, operations, customer care, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer acquisition and onboarding experiences.

What's Needed?

10+ years of experience in wireless, MVNO, cable mobile, telecommunications, or related industries.
Proven success managing multi-channel sales environments, strategic partnerships, and subscriber acquisition initiatives.
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience structuring and managing commercial agreements.
Deep understanding of wireless channel economics, customer acquisition strategy, and partner management.
Experience collaborating across highly matrixed organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
