Full Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with our operational needs. This individual will be responsible for directing a team and executing the necessary tasks required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned.

Build sales and exceed customer expectations
Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guests
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Ensure new and current employees are trained on exceptional customer service and safety practices
Conduct interviews and ensure quality applicants are hired and retained
Forecast and budget weekly and monthly inventory and expenses accordingly
Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing promotions, etc.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Effectively handle employee relations and customers' concerns.
Develop managers and staff
Email and phone correspondence
Ordering all food and beverages
Administrative duties

Qualifications:

Must have 4 years of Full-Service Restaurant Management Experience * Please do not apply if you do not meet this qualification.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Multi-task and time management.
Strong attention to details
Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher-level positions.
Outgoing and excellent communication skills for working with diverse team members, customers and vendors.
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft software
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Manager Food Handler Certification
Texas TABC – Louisiana Bar Card – Oklahoma Liquor License
