About Us:
We are a fast-growing wholesale and retail furniture company seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Office & Marketing Assistant to join our Houston team. If you have strong QuickBooks skills, inventory management experience, proficiency in Microsoft programs, quick typing skills, and a proactive mindset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, texts, and emails; assist customers and vendors professionally
Take and process orders accurately via phone and email
Manage orders, invoices, payments, and customer accounts using QuickBooks
Maintain and update inventory records accurately
Design digital flyers, emails, and web content using Canva, Constant Contact, and Shopify
Update social media and company website as needed
Maintain the furniture showroom to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
Support sales and customer service teams with administrative and marketing tasks
Use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently for daily tasks
Adapt quickly to new programs and software as needed
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high attention to detail
Demonstrate quick and accurate typing skills for data entry and communications
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proven experience with QuickBooks (orders, invoicing, payments)
Inventory management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Skilled with Canva, Constant Contact, Shopify, or similar platforms
Quick typing skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing work demands
Previous experience in wholesale or furniture industry is a plus

Saturday 9am-2pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
