```Overview```

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful outcome of each surgery.

```Responsibilities```

- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available

- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures during procedures

- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon by maintaining a sterile field and providing additional instruments or supplies as requested

- Monitor the patient's vital signs throughout the procedure and report any changes or concerns to the surgical team

- Collect and document data related to the surgical procedure, including specimens for laboratory analysis

- Assist with patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all procedures performed

```Requirements```

- Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

- Proficiency in sterile techniques and infection control protocols

- Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond quickly and efficiently

- Familiarity with medical terminology, including surgical instruments and procedures

- Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus
