Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using open dental
Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, courteous phone etiquette, and timely assistanceRequirements
Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skil
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities
Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks effectively
Technical proficiency in computer literacy
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles within dental settings is required
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
