We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure seamless operations. Duties

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace with precision and speed
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring quick retrieval of information
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for office staff or clients
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing client communication with professional phone etiquette
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using accounting software like QuickBooks to support financial recordkeeping

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or office administration with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Familiarity with data entry tools such as spreadsheets and database management systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients or team members
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service at the front desk or via phone communication
Knowledge of office management procedures, including filing systems, calendar management, and document proofreading
Technical proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, printers, and fax machines is preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
