Full Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out process, and handling guest inquiries with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
Handle special requests such as early check-ins, late check-outs, and room upgrades when possible.

Reservations & Front Desk Operations:

Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Process guest payments, refunds, and invoices accurately.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, special requests, and billing details.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
Monitor room availability and update the system accordingly.

Administrative & Security Responsibilities:

Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.
Handle key distribution and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
Assist in managing hotel inventory, such as room supplies and brochures.
Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure guest and staff security.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software (experience with Onity or similar systems is a plus).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for processing payments and managing cash transactions.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
