Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound and warm calling. Your primary goal is to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives by leveraging excellent communication skills, persuasive negotiation techniques, and a strong understanding of business development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your inside sales expertise while contributing directly to our company's growth in technology and B2B sales.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our products and services
Engage in warm calling to nurture leads and build rapport with potential customers
Qualify leads through effective communication, understanding client needs, and assessing their suitability for our solutions
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Follow up with prospects via phone or email to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
Collaborate with marketing to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies for maximum engagement
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and lead statuses within CRM software to support business development efforts

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport quickly
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when scheduling and recording client interactions
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus but not mandatory
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up
