CLOSED Title, www.closedtitle.com a rapidly growing, national title company with 25+ offices, is looking for a Title Processor to join our team in Boca Raton. This is position for a candidate with real estate title processing experience of at least 2+ years.

If you are qualified candidate looking for a long-term position with a forward thinking title company we are interested in speaking with you. Our ideal candidate is experienced, tech savvy and able to hit the ground running processing investor files in FL.

We are an attorney owned, technology driven title company. Our leading edge technology platform brings the real estate closing process online. Our processor will work quickly through files in addition to providing the highest client experience.

Ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, is dependable, detail oriented and self-motivated.

Skills required:

Review title commitments
Satisfy title requirements
Coordinate with EOs with clear communication
Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
Review signed closing packages for accuracy
Post-closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
