Full Job Description

Overview
Extensive project with imminent start with need for multiple Construction Superintendents,. This role requires you to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project milestones are met, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Tasks include, scheduling, and site supervision to create safe, efficient, and successful projects.

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution
Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to plan
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate clear communication and project alignment
Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide on-site activities and verify compliance with design specifications
Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and financial control
Conduct regular site inspections using tools like Civil 3D and Bluebeam to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders while ensuring timely resolution of challenges

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects
Proficiency with construction estimating tools, project scheduling software
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction best practices
Strong understanding of project management principles including scope development, time management, risk mitigation, and quality control
Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams and clients
Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings for on-site implementation
Valid experience with construction safety standards and site supervision techniques
