Full Job Description

We are a local Home Furnishings store in Boise with a solid reputation. We have been in business since 1953. We are seeking a professional with office support and receptionist experience.

Core Job functions include;

Performing receptionist duties, including answering phones, meet/greet incoming customers.
Assisting the sales team with writing sales tickets/invoices.
Setting up deliveries and coordinate with third parties as needed. (ie; customer service issues).
Filing and general record-keeping duties
Assisting management with various projects as needed.
Process and distribute mail, handle postage, and any shipping needs.

To be successful in this position, you need the following skills;

Proficiency in basic computer knowledge. Microsoft Word. Excel is helpful. Outlook email and some social media.
Strong attention to detail
Better than average interpersonal skills
Professional who takes initiative and is proactive.
Diligent work habits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Office: 2 years (Required)
