Full Job Description

We are looking for a confident person with proficient customer service and organizational skills alongside a passion for helping others. Excellent leadership skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. Flexibility in hours, works well multitasking and must love dogs!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.

Job Requirements:

This position will be responsible for championing best practices with our patients and team members to ensure the practice runs smoothly with a focus on operational excellence, active daily management, scheduling, inventory management, and facilities management

· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

· Ability to ensure confidentiality of employee and patient information

· Responsible for scheduling patients: answering phone calls, checking messages, checking emails, checking social media messages regularly throughout the day, making phone calls

· Monitors patient flow and attendance throughout the day frequently checking the waiting area and keeping patients informed of delays as needed

· Verifying patients’ eligibility for insurance, submitting subsequent claims, authorizations, managing co-payments, and following up on outstanding balances via online portals and the telephone

· Manage patient files, tracking insurance plans, visitation limits, uploading documents and verifying credentials

· Responsible for maintaining clean office space

· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

· Assist in community collaborations around town (nights/weekends)

· Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications for Office Coordinator:

· Prior experience in a clinical or chiropractic setting is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.

· Must have keen attention to detail

· Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

· Must be a self-starter and driven

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

· Friendly, service-oriented personality

Salary:

· $20-$25 an hour

· Opportunity for pay increases

· 90-day probationary period
