Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for mixology, and a deep understanding of food and beverage management as well as craft cocktails. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances our patrons' enjoyment.

Duties

Lead and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure exceptional service.
Designing special cocktails and ability to train entire bar staff.
Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate catering services for events.
Monitor financial performance of the bar and implement strategies for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in food service management or as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant or bar setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations within the hospitality industry.
Background in culinary arts or catering is a plus.
Familiarity with beverage trends, mixology techniques, and bar equipment is essential.
