About Us:

Meador & McCasland CPAs is a growing CPA firm which provides accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and consulting services to established clients of various sizes and industries. Meador & McCasland CPAs has offices in Green Forest, AR and Branson, MO. Our company was founded in Green Forest, AR in 2002. We added a second location in 2018 by purchasing Bearden’s Tax Service in Branson, MO.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant for the upcoming tax season at the Branson location. This position is an entry level part time that has the potential to become full time.

Job Duties:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members, while taking messages as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Manage the scheduling of appointments
Communicate with clients as needed by email, fax, or phone
Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and records
Support team members with various tasks and projects as needed
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in handling client information
Drake and QuickBooks knowledge is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
