Overview
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, creating a positive first impression for all visitors and clients. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, managing communications, and providing exceptional customer service. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our office environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy interacting with people, this position is perfect for you!

What you’ll do

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly demeanor
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems to ensure easy access to information
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management
Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and preparing correspondence
Maintain office organization through effective time management and prioritization of tasks
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Basic qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation

Preferred qualifications

Bilingual proficiency to enhance communication with diverse clientele
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
Familiarity with office management practices and customer support strategies
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
