What We Seek:
- ANY Dealership, Independent, or Aftermarket repair shop SERVICE ADVISOR, SERVICE WRITER, MANAGER Experience
- Dealership Service Advisor experience is Preferred (Main Line or Express)
- FORD Dealer Service Advisor experience is a Plus
- Automotive maintenance & repair knowledge
- Good Sales Skills
- Strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills-must have customer-centric focus
- Good People skills w/ ability to build rapport with customers
- Good Computer skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a PLUS
