About NETbuilder
Since 1999, NETbuilder has helped organisations transform the way they deliver technology through software engineering, digital transformation, consulting, and managed services. We work with enterprise and government clients, delivering secure, scalable and business-critical technology solutions.
As our US ServiceNow practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Principal ServiceNow Architect / Practice Leader to provide senior technical leadership, shape complex enterprise solutions and help drive the continued growth and maturity of our ServiceNow capability.
This is a senior position combining ServiceNow architecture, consulting, technical leadership and practice development. Depending on experience, the successful candidate may focus primarily on enterprise architecture or take broader responsibility for helping lead and grow the ServiceNow practice.
The Role
As a Principal ServiceNow Architect / Practice Leader, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide technical and strategic leadership across complex ServiceNow programmes.
You'll be responsible for defining enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable, and guiding delivery teams through successful implementations.
At Practice Leader level, you'll also play an important role in shaping NETbuilder's ServiceNow capability, supporting pre-sales and solutioning, developing technical standards, mentoring consultants and helping grow the practice.
While this is a senior leadership role, we're looking for someone who remains technically strong and close to the platform, rather than someone with a purely managerial background.

- Own the architecture and technical direction of complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

- Provide technical oversight across implementations from initial discovery through deployment and production.
- Review solution designs, integrations and custom development to ensure quality, scalability and maintainability.
- Design and oversee complex integrations using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
- Provide architectural leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery and other ServiceNow capabilities.
- Mentor architects, senior consultants and developers and help raise technical standards across delivery teams.
- Troubleshoot and provide direction on complex platform and architectural challenges.
- Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solutioning, estimations and client presentations.
- Partner with delivery, sales and leadership teams to identify opportunities and shape ServiceNow solutions.
- Contribute to the development and growth of NETbuilder's US ServiceNow practice.
- At Practice Leader level, help define the practice roadmap, capabilities, standards and future areas of investment.
- Support recruitment, development and mentoring of ServiceNow consultants and architects.
