Earnings are performance-based and vary depending on production and time commitment.

Responsibilities

Meet with individuals and families to identify their financial protection needs.
Educate clients on life insurance and related financial solutions.
Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's goals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Generate referrals through excellent customer service.
Attend weekly training, mentoring, and professional development sessions.
Develop personal marketing and networking strategies to grow your business.

Qualifications

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Coachable and willing to learn.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Comfortable working independently.
Customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, management, or business experience is a plus but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Licensing

Current Life Insurance License preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates without a license will receive guidance through the licensing process.
