Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. Structural, concrete and interiors knowledge is required.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is more than a typical PM role — it’s a chance to help shape the workflows and culture of a growing organization.

Typical responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and the office team

-Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and correspondence.

-Manage project closeout, including punch list completion and final documentation

- Perform administrative functions related to project compliance, billing, and documentation.

- Utilize construction estimating software, such as planswuift or Revu or other similar, to create comprehensive cost estimates.

- Research and obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

- Review and analyze subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing as needed - Will analyze and respond RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), RFIs (Requests for Information) and manage the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposals.

- Prepare detailed takeoffs and quantity surveys for materials, labor, and equipment

- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing

Requirements and Qualifications

- 5-10 years of field-based construction management and site supervision experience on commercial construction projects.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills — must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, scopes of work, and technical specifications.

- Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and prepare detailed reports.

- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — verbal and written.

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

-Knowledge in project management and construction software tools (blue beam, Microsoft project, procures and advanced excel).

- Structural, concrete and interiors knowledge is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Travel Reimbursement: Gas or transportation costs reimbursed when traveling between job sites.

Paid Time Off: Vacation and PTO available after 6 months of employment

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Occasional weekends depending on project needs
