IDCC Health Services is a dedicated diagnostic and treatment center licensed under Article 28 of the New York Public Health Law by the New York State Department of Health. We are committed to providing patient-centered care within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Certified Medical Assistant for a hybrid MA/ Front Desk position.
Candidates must be able to perform both Medical Assistant and Front Desk duties in a fast-paced medical office.

Requirements

Medical Assistant Certificate (required)
Previous Medical Assistant experience (required)
Previous medical office experience (required)
Excellent English communication skills (required)
Russian and/or Spanish language skills (required)
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Medical Assistant Duties:

Room patients and take vital signs
Prepare exam rooms
Assist providers during patient visits
Maintain accurate documentation
Support daily clinical operations

Front Desk Duties:

Answer incoming calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance information
Collect copays and update demographics
Provide excellent customer service to patients

This position is for someone who enjoys variety. Some days will be spent assisting medical staff, while other days may be spent supporting or manning the front desk or other administrative duties as assigned.
