Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have basic proficiency in Russian and be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing effective treatment plans. This position requires a solid background in multiple medical disciplines, along with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, as required.
Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
Provide acute care management for patients with complex health issues.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, and assisted living facilities.
Manage chronic conditions through ongoing patient education and support.
Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention strategies.

Qualifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications.
Experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or urgent care preferred.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9, and ICD-10 for accurate medical documentation.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
Experience in specialties such as gastroenterology, pediatrics, geriatrics, or internal medicine is advantageous.
Skills in procedures such as suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, and IV insertion are highly valued.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children and seniors.
Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
