Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and driven Registered Dietitians who are passionate about making an impact in their communities. This is a telehealth-based role with flexible scheduling, ongoing client demand, and full support for billing, training, and case management.

You will work with diverse populations including families, women, and children enrolled in Medi-Cal, Medicare, and commercial health plans (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna). Whether you’re experienced or newly licensed, if you’re coachable, collaborative, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual, 1-on-1 nutrition counseling to eligible patients
Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with insurer requirements
Document sessions in HIPAA-compliant systems
Collaborate with a team of RDs and support staff to ensure care continuity
Stay current with nutrition guidelines and community health needs

Qualifications:

Must hold active RD/RDN credentials
Licensed to practice in Texas
Enrolled with Medi-Cal, Medicare, or private insurers
Strong communication skills and cultural competence
Telehealth experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (especially Spanish) is highly valued
