Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a nightclub setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong upselling skills with the ability to promote menu items effectively.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with cash registers.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
