Full Job Description

What you will enjoy doing

Handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system
Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently
Process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites
Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems
Configure and perform minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units
Work alongside Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery

Take initiative and support decision-making within a team environment
Maintain a strong customer focus while being self-motivated and driven
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Technicians, Sales, Logistics, and Operations
Hold an associate degree or possess equivalent technical experience
Bring 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude as an advantage
Complete cryogenic training provided to support role requirements
