Job Summary

Provider Services – Provider Services Supervisor (Temporary Assignment)

Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay through staffing agency
Assignment Type: Temporary (4–6 months)
Work Location: Onsite – Los Angeles, CA 90056
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: This is a fully onsite position (no remote work)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Provider Services Supervisor to provide temporary leadership support within a Provider Services and Agreements unit. This role will assist in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff performance, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, audit requirements, and program policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience and the ability to analyze operational data, improve processes, and support cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Quality Assurance staff to review audit outcomes and identify opportunities for improved compliance and performance
Collaborate with Claims and Agreements supervisors to strengthen internal processes and support higher audit scores
Develop, track, and distribute monthly quality assurance performance reports for Provider Services
Assist in designing and coordinating training sessions for staff, providers, and program participants
Support process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows and increasing operational efficiency
Facilitate communication between departments to support consistent procedures and service delivery
Update and distribute program materials, policies, and communication tools for external providers and families
Research and respond to findings related to payment reviews and monitoring audits
Monitor ongoing program performance and recommend strategies to improve service quality and compliance
Provide general supervisory support to ensure productivity, accountability, and operational effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Services, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute for education)
Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 4–8 employees required
Strong background in operations, compliance, or provider services programs preferred
Experience working with quality assurance, audits, or program monitoring strongly desired
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and implement process improvements
