Office Manager

Centex Material Handling, a small, family owned material handling company, located in Leander, Tx, is looking for a full time Office Manager.

Job Description:

Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Answer incoming calls during business hours and provide accurate information to callers, taking messages or transferring calls when appropriate.
Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
Carry out typical clerical operations such as typing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Preparing POs for vendors, tracking POs in process, and making shipping/receiving arrangements for all POs.
Monitor and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
Assist with meetings including setting up conference rooms, catering orders, etc.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
MUST have 2+ years of QuickBooks experience.
2+ years previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or other related position.
Technology literate including proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook as well as advanced data entry skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
MUST have a high attention to detail and the willingness to learn new tasks daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
