Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire creativity and efficiency across the culinary department, fostering a vibrant team environment that consistently delivers exceptional service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses extensive culinary expertise in fine dining, casual dining, catering, and large-scale food production.

Duties

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Develop innovative specials that align with brand standards and customer preferences, incorporating dietary considerations and current culinary trends.
Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.
Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and sanitation standards.
Train and mentor team members in food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and customer service skills.
Monitor kitchen performance through shift management, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of all food services.

Requirements

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and large-scale food production.
Proven supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and HACCP standards.
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Experience with service, dietary department operations, and restaurant kitchen management.
Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
