Overview
We seek a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Mary's Health Food Supermarket and Vibración Positiva. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients and patients while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.
Maintain office organization by managing supplies and ensuring the front desk area is tidy.
Assist with clerical duties as needed, including filing and document preparation.
Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency within the workplace.
Utilize computerized systems for various administrative functions, especially bookings and calendar management.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage office supplies.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
