Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team and support employees across multiple locations throughout Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations, supporting field and office employees, and making a meaningful impact within a fast-paced, service-driven organization.

The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This role works closely with operational leadership to ensure an exceptional employee experience while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders across multiple locations, providing timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related questions.
Support all aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screenings, employment documentation, compliance tracking, and new hire readiness.
Coordinate new hire logistics, including start dates, system access, equipment, uniforms, and HRIS setup while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Facilitate engaging virtual new hire orientation sessions that introduce company culture, safety expectations, and available resources.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation within ADP or a comparable HRIS while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Partner with operations leaders to support employee engagement, retention initiatives, recognition programs, and 30/60/90-day follow-up conversations.
Assist with employee relations matters by partnering with HR leadership to conduct investigations, document findings, interpret company policies, and support appropriate resolutions.
Support workplace safety initiatives by collaborating with operations, safety teams, and third-party partners to reinforce a culture of safety and compliance.
Assist with HR reporting, audits, compliance activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Support multiple business locations while balancing changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting multi-site or field-based operations.
Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, and HR compliance.
1–2 years of experience assisting with employee investigations or conflict resolution.
Experience using ADP, iCIMS, or similar HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods throughout the workday.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $60,000–$65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Compensation is based on relevant experience, skills, education, and market considerations. Additional incentive opportunities may be available based on individual and company performance.
