Company Description Styline™ Minimal Frame Systems designs, manufactures, and assembles premium minimalist sliding door and window systems in California. The company is recognized for its signature “minimalist sliding door” and a range of specialized applications, including sliding, curved, and pivoting systems. Styline™ also provides invisible frame and hidden track systems, as well as operable and fixed window solutions that emphasize clean lines and modern aesthetics. Team members contribute to high-quality, architecturally driven products used in contemporary residential and commercial projects. The organization values precision, innovation, and craftsmanship across all stages of product development and delivery.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team in Simi Valley, California. This is a full-time, in-office position that will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and work closely alongside our sales team to provide accurate estimates and exceptional support for residential and commercial window and door projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in reading architectural plans and preparing accurate material takeoffs. This individual will play a key role in supporting our customers, builders, architects, contractors, and internal sales team.

Responsibilities

* Review and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, specifications, and construction documents.

* Prepare accurate material takeoffs and quotations for residential and commercial window and door projects.

* Analyze plans and specifications to determine project requirements.

* Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.

* Assist sales representatives with product selection, technical questions, and customer support.

* Communicate with builders, architects, contractors, and customers regarding project requirements.

* Verify project scope and identify discrepancies or missing information within plans.

* Maintain organized estimating records and pricing information.

* Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to obtain product information and pricing.

* Support project handoff from estimating to sales and operations as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in the window and door industry.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.

* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial window and door products.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience using manufacturer quoting software is a plus, including but not limited to:

* Western Window Systems

* Fleetwood Windows & Doors

* Vitrosca

* Milgard

* Titoni

* Otiima

* All Weather Architectural Aluminum

* ESWindows

* Other window and door estimating/configuration software

Experience with these systems is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Work Environment

* Full-time, in-office position located in Simi Valley, California

* Collaborative team environment working alongside the sales staff

* Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales

* Monday through Friday
