Full Job Description

The short version

We're a growing ABA practice on the South Shore with a 10,000 square foot center in Norwell and more authorized client hours than we have BCBAs to serve. We're hiring a center-based BCBA who wants a defined caseload, real supervision support, and a clear path from part-time to a full-time salaried role as our daytime program fills.

We'd rather tell you exactly what the job is than sell you. So here it is.

The role today

Center-based, Monday through Friday, 3:00-7:30pm, at our Norwell center (Accord Park Drive, right off Route 3). Part-time to start, $70-$80/hour depending on experience. No home visits. No weekend requirement.

The role in 90 days

We are actively enrolling daytime center clients right now. As those hours fill, this position transitions to full-time salaried at $95,000-$110,000 with a monthly bonus program, PTO, paid holidays, and CEU reimbursement. This is not a maybe. The full-time transition is tied to center enrollment, which we will walk you through in the interview, including where enrollment stands the day you talk to us. You will know exactly what you're signing up for and when it changes.

If you need full-time on day one, ask us where enrollment is. Depending on timing, we may be able to build a full-time schedule immediately by combining center hours with telehealth supervision.

What your caseload actually looks like

Capped caseload. We will tell you the number in the first conversation, and it goes in your offer letter.
Every client is staffed with a primary and a backup technician, so a call-out doesn't detonate your week.
Session notes, scheduling, and authorization tracking run through our practice management platform. You do clinical documentation. Admin chases the rest.
You report to a Center Clinical Director, with a Senior Clinical Director and a Clinical Operations Director above that. When you need clinical backup, there is an actual human with actual authority who answers.

What we expect from you

Assessments, treatment plans, and program adjustments you'd be proud to defend in a case review
Real supervision of your RBTs. In-person, on the floor, at the ratios the board requires. We track supervision percentages and we take them seriously, because our techs deserve a BCBA who shows up.
Parent training as a core part of treatment, not an afterthought
Documentation done on time. Our payers have windows and we respect them.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active MA LABA
Master's in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field
Willing to do a clinical case discussion as part of the interview. We'll present a scenario, you talk us through your reasoning. If that sounds unreasonable, we're not the right fit for each other.

Why this practice

We're about four years old and we've doubled our billable hours in the past year. We did it by building clinical structure, not by stacking caseloads. Our center team covers over 90% of canceled sessions internally. Our RBTs go through paid 40-hour training and a structured mentorship program. Our clinical leadership is accessible because there are three of them and they're in the building.
