BUILD TECHNOLOGY THAT MATTERS – JOIN MILWAUKEE ELECTRONICS

For over 70 years, Milwaukee Electronics has partnered with innovative companies to bring complex electronic products to life. We’re growing and looking for a skilled Assembler II who takes pride in precision, quality, and teamwork.

SCHEDULE & PAY

Thursday – Saturday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Starting at $20/hour+ (based on experience)
12% shift differential for nights
Overtime paid after 10 hours/day
Full-time hours in just 3 days
4 consecutive days off every week

This role is ideal for someone who wants strong earnings and more time off—without sacrificing full-time work.

ROLE SUMMARY

As an Assembler II, you will build and inspect electronic assemblies with a focus on quality workmanship and soldering precision. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with PCB assembly and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.

This is not an entry-level position—prior soldering and electronics assembly experience is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and box-build assemblies
Perform hand soldering (lead and lead-free) on electronic components
Inspect assemblies to IPC workmanship standards
Perform functional testing and document results
Follow work instructions, schematics, and process documentation
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of electronics assembly experience
Hands-on soldering experience (required)
Ability to read and follow technical work instructions in English
Basic computer/data entry skills
Ability to pass a hands-on soldering assessment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification (current or expired)
Experience with ESD protocols
Familiarity with assembly documentation and travelers
