Position: Front Desk Agent

Location: Hilton Garden Inn, Canton-Boston

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Part Time, AM's, PM's, Weekend availability is essential

Description:

Our Front Desk Team plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and outstanding financial outcomes. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the Hotel to our guests, both in person and over the phone. Front Desk Agents are expected to provide an experience that is nothing short of Excellent through all stages of a guest’s hotel experience – before, during, and after their stay.

Reports to:

Front Office Manager

Education/Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a customer service environment
1 year of hotel front desk experience preferred
Hilton experience preferred

Skills:

Typing skills; Windows XP or newer, Work, Excel and Outlook
Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment and perform efficiently under stressful situations
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to interpret written procedures and apply in practice.
Ability to effectively deliver all required information to superiors, coworkers, and subordinates.
Effective Communication and Listening skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to stay productive in a non-supervised environment
