Delta Media Group is a 100% family-owned and operated SaaS company serving the real estate industry. We provide an all-in-one technology platform designed to help real estate professionals grow their businesses.

We’re looking for Sales Representatives who are motivated by winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

This is a turn-key sales role. You will own the sales process from prospecting and creating opportunities to presenting solutions, closing the deal, and continuing to grow the relationship after the sale.

If you enjoy sales, technology, competition, and building relationships — and you want your effort to directly impact your success — this could be a great opportunity for you. Prior sales experience is a plus, but we hire for drive and coachability, and we’ll train the right person.

What to Expect in Your First 90 Days

This is a number-driven sales role, particularly during your first 90 days. A significant part of your day will be spent making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers. Most calls won't immediately turn into opportunities—and that's completely normal in sales.

Success in this role comes from consistent daily activity, resilience, learning from each conversation, and following through. If you're motivated by performance and excited by the opportunity to build uncapped earning potential through consistent effort, this may be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new B2B business within the real estate industry
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Use phone, email, social media, referrals, networking, and other sales tools to create opportunities
Connect with prospects and uncover their business needs
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations
Translate technology and platform capabilities into clear business value
Own the sales process from the first conversation through the close
Develop and execute sales strategies based on each client’s needs
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Build a strong book of business and develop long-term client relationships
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to make sure they are maximizing the value of our platform
Identify opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
Stay current on new platform features and technology
Work closely with Technical Support, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client success
Take ownership of your pipeline, activity, results, and relationships
Stay closely tuned into industry trends and competitors to understand market shifts, differentiate our solutions, and strengthen sales conversations

You will have access to company-generated opportunities, but we are looking for hungry, sales-driven people who instinctively create their own. Successful salespeople at Delta will be proactive, persistent, organized, and willing to pick up the phone and start conversations.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means building a healthy pipeline, consistently creating opportunities, closing new business, and developing customers into long-term relationships. We’re looking for someone who wants to own their results and become a dependable producer on our sales team.

What You Bring

A drive to win new business and build a career in sales — this matters more to us than years of experience
Some B2B, SaaS, technology, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Coachable and curious, with a genuine eagerness to learn consultative, solution-based selling
Ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms and their functionality
Comfort with everyday web technology
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with potential and existing clients, both online and in person
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple prospects, clients, and opportunities at once
A genuine desire to help customers succeed

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000 base salary + uncapped sales commission.

Realistic first-year on-target earnings of approximately $75,000 — and because commission is uncapped, your results directly drive your income, with no ceiling on what top performers can earn.
