We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, elevate our dining experiences, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning to team management, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive culinary expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Develop innovative menus that align with the brand’s standards and cater to diverse dietary needs.
Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
Monitor shift operations, manage staffing schedules, and oversee food service management to guarantee efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining establishments.
Proven supervising experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated expertise in banquet, catering, and restaurant management.
