Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and will involve a variety of administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive calendar management for the C Suite, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Offer executive administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Coordinate projects by collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
Oversee office management tasks, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately to ensure clear communication of ideas and decisions.

Experience

Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential for effective task execution.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail to maintain accuracy in all documentation.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships both internally and externally.
