Full Job Description

Outside is seeking an experienced Garden Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential gardens throughout Dallas. This role combines horticultural expertise, client relationship management, enhancement sales, project management, and field leadership to ensure every property reflects Outside's standards of excellence.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing exceptional gardens, developing enhancement opportunities, and leading crews through knowledge, planning, and clear communication. Success in this role requires strong horticultural judgment, dependable leadership, business ownership, and the ability to balance time between the field and the office.

What You'll Own

A portfolio of high-end residential gardens
Long-term client relationships and proactive communication
Overall horticultural health and appearance of assigned properties
Identification, estimating, sales, and management of enhancement projects
Profitability of enhancement work within your portfolio
Seasonal color and horticultural planning
Quality control and field leadership for assigned crews
Coordination with the Garden Services Division Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Irrigation Team, and Construction Division
Timely documentation, planning, and follow-through for assigned properties

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience managing high-end residential gardens or estate properties
Strong horticultural knowledge, including trees, shrubs, perennials, annual color, and seasonal maintenance
Experience managing client relationships and resolving service issues professionally
Experience estimating, selling, and managing landscape enhancement projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead crews through influence, coaching, and accountability
Comfortable working both in the field and in the office
Experience with LMN or similar landscape management software preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

IMPORTANT: This role is focused on high-end residential garden management. It is not a commercial landscape maintenance position or a route-based production role.
