Full Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technology. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule of 5 to 6 hours per day, providing an excellent opportunity for work-life balance. As an integral part of the team, you will help ensure smooth workflow by managing tickets, tracking equipment, and assisting with crew dispatch.

Responsibilities

Input and manage service tickets using Novara Flex software
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for various administrative tasks
Track and record employee timesheets accurately
Assist with posting and managing job board listings
Monitor and track company equipment inventory
Coordinate and dispatch crews as needed to support field operations

Qualifications

Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable learning and using new software (such as Novara Flex)

Offered compensation: $20/yr - $25/yr
