Job Summary

Office Administrator / Bookkeeper — Accounts Payable & Receivable
Catoosa, OK | Full-Time | $21–$29/hour (based on experience)

About Us

Want to join a fast-growing organization based in Catoosa, OK, specializing in landscaping, retaining walls, French drains, and pool repair & maintenance. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented office professional to help keep our financial and administrative operations running smoothly across all our brands.

What You'll Do

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple businesses
Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls across three different companies, routing calls and messages appropriately
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Handle scheduling, dispatch, and job tracking using WorkIZ (or similar field service software)
Keep physical and digital filing systems organized and up to date
Support day-to-day office operations and assist the team wherever needed

What We're Looking For

Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Experience with WorkIZ or similar field service management software (preferred)
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to juggle calls for multiple businesses at once
A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
A problem-solver who can think on their feet
A team player who works well in a fast-paced, growing company
Prior experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or pool industries a plus, but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
