Full Job Description

Position Summary

The Center Manager is responsible for establishing clear expectations and maintaining a professional, patient-centered environment that delivers exceptional care every day.

This role is critical to the growth and success of New Leaf Wellness. The Center Manager oversees the leadership, development, and day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring both administrative and clinical staff are supported, engaged, and empowered. This individual is accountable for driving operational excellence, maintaining legal and ethical compliance, and fostering a high-performing team committed to outstanding patient experiences and business success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to all administrative and clinical staff.
Foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment through consistent employee engagement.
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
Partner with the Chief Organizational Development Officer to hire, onboard, and develop employees.
Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure follow-up on action items, expectations, and responsibilities.
Teach, reinforce, and monitor company standards to ensure accountability and consistency.
Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and operational efficiency.
Oversee daily financial operations, including deposits, reconciliations, bookkeeping, and cash management.
Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
Resolve patient, employee, financial, operational, and legal issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the Chief Branding Officer to promote and market the center's services and products.
Represent New Leaf Wellness within the community to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or management experience, preferably in a medical, healthcare, or wellness environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate employees.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and patients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales, operations, and customer service.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records (EMR), email, and internet-based applications.
Experience with payroll processing, commission structures, budgeting, and general accounting principles.
Knowledge of medical office operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities
