What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance
Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
Monitor outstanding balances and manage professional collection efforts
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, credits, and account inquiries
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Process account adjustments, credits, and corrections with accuracy
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Perform account reconciliations and assist with monthend close activities
Prepare reports and provide account status updates to internal teams
Enter, review, and maintain financial data within accounting systems
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve financial issues
Assist with accounting projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives

Provide support for additional accounting functions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, or related financial experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proven experience managing customer accounts, invoicing, and payment applications
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional customer service skills when working with clients and internal teams
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, growing company environment

Schedule: Monday through Friday, in-person
