Full Job Description

Buckhead Urogynecology is a small but growing practice looking for exceptional leadership. Experience managing a private practice is required. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including workflow and revenue cycle management, managing staff, and communicating with patients about their accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a background in billing and nursing, a knack for managing people, an energetic and bright disposition and a passion for helping others. Epic proficiency required, super user preferred. You will be expected to be actively engaged in the day to day operations of the office rather than simple oversight. Cheerful disposition required! Salary commensurate with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing Front desk operations to maximize collections and efficiency
Managing staff (Training, evaluating, time/ productivity management and termination)
Maximizing revenue (keeping provider schedules full)
Managing patient balances/grievances
Billing management
Other administrative duties
Maintaining practice operations and technology standards
Work with billing to manage patient accounts (front-end billing)
Counsel patients about expected out of pocket costs for surgery and procedures and collect payment.
Train and oversee front and back office staff.
Meet monthly with billing to review outstanding denials and identify areas of process improvement
Work with operations manager and managing partner to optimize practice workflows, revenue generation and management, and patient and employee satisfaction

Skills:

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Experienced in surgery scheduling and Prior Authorizations
Experienced in Front desk operations, inventory management, revenue cycle
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Computer skills required (MS Office, Google Suite) and ability to learn new software (Epic updates, etc.)
Experience managing staff, hiring and terminating, performance evaluations, etc.
Experience in front desk management, claims evaluation, discussions of EOBs required.
