Overview

Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Front Office Assistant and become the welcoming face of our practice! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from appointment scheduling to check-out. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help maintain efficient office operations while providing exceptional patient service. We would love to add you to our team!

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix.
Verify patient insurance coverage, including health insurance knowledge related to Medicare and other providers
Collect payments, process billing, and perform collection activities accurately and efficiently
Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries promptly

Qualifications

Experience in a dental office environment with familiarity with Dentrix
Skilled in dental insurance verification and follow-up.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Prior experience with dental scheduling, phone communication, and front desk required
