Join the Team at Toska Spa & Facial Bar Charlotte

At Toska Spa, we believe every client experience should feel effortless, personalized, and exceptional from the moment they walk through our doors. We are seeking a Spa Concierge who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and takes pride in delivering impeccable service.

As the first and last impression of our spa, you'll play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience while supporting the daily operations of our award-winning practice.

Responsibilities

Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Manage incoming calls, emails, text messages, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
Guide clients through our treatment offerings and skincare recommendations with confidence
Coordinate check-in and check-out while ensuring every visit runs seamlessly
Maintain an organized, polished, and guest-ready reception area at all times
Anticipate client needs and consistently exceed expectations through thoughtful, detail-oriented service
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure an exceptional client experience from beginning to end

Qualifications

A polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role; spa industry experience is a plus
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury client experiences
