Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Spa Manager to lead our luxurious spa operations with passion and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a talented team of therapists and staff. Your leadership will drive the success of our spa by maintaining high standards of service, managing operational procedures, and fostering a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and wellness. This position offers bonus opportunities over and above base compensation and an exciting opportunity to blend hospitality expertise with dynamic management skills in a vibrant resort setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all spa operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining exceptional guest service standards
Manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and performance to optimize team productivity and morale
Oversee guest services, addressing client needs promptly and ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor
Coordinate events management for special spa promotions, packages, or themed nights to boost engagement and revenue
Handle report writing related to operational performance, guest feedback, and staff evaluations
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met consistently
Oversee cash handling procedures, billing processes, and inventory management for spa supplies and retail products

Experience

Proven leadership experience in hospitality or wellness environments, preferably within a resort or luxury setting
Supervising experience with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment
Background in managing night shifts or event-driven operations such as nightclub or entertainment venues is advantageous
Strong skills in report writing, management, and staff supervision are essential
Experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles will be highly valued
Previous assistant manager roles or similar supervisory positions demonstrate readiness for this leadership role
Familiarity with guest services protocols, cash handling procedures, and managing complex shift schedules is required
