Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn valuable skills, work with a great team, and build a long-term career? CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators in the Boston, MA area. No previous printing experience is required - we provide on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
As a machine operator, you'll help produce high-quality printed materials by operating and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Learn to set up and operate burr and strapping equipment used in the finishing process.
Follow job instructions and production specifications.
Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with equipment setup.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate production records.
Support team members in achieving daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with other production duties as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the work area.
