DR. FIX-IT RESTORATION & RECONSTRUCTION

LEAD MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

Mt. Laurel, NJ | Full-Time | In Person

Dr. Fix-It Restoration & Reconstruction is looking for an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can independently run water, mold, and fire mitigation projects from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining company standards.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a leader who can manage jobs, communicate with customers, complete paperwork, and represent our company professionally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Run water, mold, and fire mitigation projects from start to finish.
Meet with homeowners and secure signed work authorizations.
Drive to job sites and manage daily operations.
Complete daily notes, photos, dry logs, and documentation.
Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and the office.
Estimate mitigation jobs and identify necessary services.
Manage job schedules and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
Train and assist technicians when needed.
Ensure all work is completed according to IICRC standards.
Complete job paperwork accurately and on time.
Clock in and out of every job daily.
Maintain professional communication and customer service throughout every project.

NON-NEGOTIABLE EXPECTATIONS

Job paperwork must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of job completion.
Daily notes, photos, and documentation are required on every project.
Communication with customers, adjusters, and the office is mandatory.
Every job must be documented properly in our systems.
Attention to detail is critical.
Accountability and follow-through are expected.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum four (4) years of restoration experience as a lead technician.
Strong understanding of water, mold, and fire mitigation (Certs -WRT, AMR ) .
Experience running projects independently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a driver's license check and background check.
Ability to pass a physical examination.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
Professional appearance and clean-cut presentation.

ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS

Participation in the on-call rotation is required.
On-call schedules rotate every four weeks.
Must be available for emergency response calls during assigned rotation periods.
