POSITION CODE: 2026-06

Job Summary

The Accounting Manager leads and oversees the company’s accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance. This role manages all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, general ledger maintenance, month-end close activities, reconciliations, tax filings, and audit support. The Accounting Manager compiles and analyzes financial information, prepares journal entries, and ensures appropriate documentation of business transactions. In addition, this role supervises and develops accounting staff, strengthens internal controls, partners with cross-functional teams and external auditors, and drives continuous process improvements to support the organization’s financial objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA or CMA preferred.

· 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including end-to-end cycles; manufacturing experience preferred.· Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP required; IFRS experience preferred.

· Advanced Excel skills and SAP system experience required

· Proven experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and tax filings

· Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to develop and manage a team.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
