Full Job Description

We're looking for an outgoing and reliable customer service representative for our local State Farm office. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service by actively listening/responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Insurance licensing in Property & Casualty.
Fluent in Spanish and English (large Spanish speaking customer base)

Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from existing and prospective customers

Provide knowledge of State Farm's product/services and resolve any emerging conflicts with accuracy and efficiency
Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Assist sales team to ensure maximum customer growth
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Skills

Proven background in customer service
Bilingual, Spanish and English
Strong phone handling and listening skills
Ability to adapt/respond to different personalities and situations
Ability to listen and investigate each situation separately, in order to provide the best solution for the customer
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
