Full Job Description

Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking high-energy, animal-loving professionals to join our hospitality team for Full-Time Reception Positions!

We are the area's premier pet care facility and provide "a luxury retreat for the furry elite" through our high-quality Pet Boarding, Dog Daycare, Pet Grooming, and Dog Training services. Our culture is one of high standards for hospitality, professionalism, and an unrelenting commitment to providing the best experience for our guests - furry and human alike!

For our Guest Services Receptionist position, we are seeking someone who is professional, positive, and energetic, with exceptional communication skills, to work in this fast-paced environment. Customer service or front desk reception experience is required.

Shift Times fall between lobby hours - M-F from 7 am to 7 pm AND Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm or Sunday 11 am - 4 pm

Full Time = 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day

Guest Services Reception Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests in the lobby
Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Handling customer inquiries into services and setting up profiles for their pets
Creating and managing reservations, and providing information on services, rates, and amenities
Completing check ins/checkouts for guests
Responding to customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Generating invoices and processing payments
Giving tours to prospective customers
Assisting in keeping the lobby and reception area clean and tidy at all times

Guest Services Reception Position Requirements:

Work experience in a reception or customer service role
An animal lover is a must!
Professional and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge and experience
Ability to lift and handle dogs up to 75 lbs
Weekend availability
Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
